Cabbage, Carrot, Papaya, Coriander Salad
This can be your healthy lunch or an excellent side dish for your dinner. It is tasty, easy to make with refreshing and simple ingredients.
- 2 carrots
- 1 small baby cabbage
- Fresh coriander
- 1 red onion
- A pinch of sea salt
- A pinch of oregano
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- Shred the carrot, cabbage, onion, coriander thinly.
- In a large bowl, throw all of them in.
- Add the oregano, pepper, salt and mix well.
- Drizzle the olive oil on top and again mix.
- Serve fresh.
You can substitute papaya for watermelon.
