This can be your healthy lunch or an excellent side dish for your dinner. It is tasty, easy to make with refreshing and simple ingredients.

Serves: 2
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small baby cabbage
  • Fresh coriander
  • 1 red onion
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • A pinch of oregano
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  1. Shred the carrot, cabbage, onion, coriander thinly.
  2. In a large bowl, throw all of them in.
  3. Add the oregano, pepper, salt and mix well.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil on top and again mix.
  5. Serve fresh.
You can substitute papaya for watermelon.
